Jose Tostado attended California State University, Sacramento, and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation Administration in 2013. Jose began his career in agriculture when he was sixteen years old by weeding strawberry fields in Watsonville and Salinas. After graduating college and moving back to the central coast, Jose began working for an irrigation dealer in 2015. Currently, as the Store Manager, Jose manages the Castroville and Santa Maria store locations. Jose's inventory management and store organization skills have helped maintain a high standard for our Castroville and Santa Maria locations. Jose's passion for customer service can be seen while interacting with customers. His interpersonal skills allow him to get to know returning customers on a personal level. He often takes the initiative to go above and beyond to treat customers well by offering a cold water bottle on a warm day and loading the material that customers purchased on the bed of their truck.
